Our Cancellation Policy
Please read and agree to continue booking
As a courtesy to our staff, and so that we may accommodate other client needs, please give at least TWO HOURS notice if cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Late notice cancellations and no-shows will be charged the full amount of the missed scheduled service.
We try to remain on a firm schedule to accommodate each customer at the time reserved. Any late arrival of more than FIVE MINUTES may affect our remaining schedule and your appointment may need to be modified or rescheduled. Please be courteous of all parties involved and plan your travel accordingly.
A valid credit or debit card is needed to reserve your appointment. Your card is NOT CHARGED nor will a hold be placed on your card during the booking process. A charge will only be applied in the event of a no-show or late cancellation.
