By booking with us, you agree to our policy.

CANCELLATIONS
Please give AT LEAST 2 HOURS NOTICE when cancelling. Cancellations within that 2 hour window will be charged the full amount of the missed scheduled service.

NO SHOWS
Will be charged
the full amount of the missed scheduled service.

LATE ARRIVALS
Late arrivals greater than FIVE MINUTES beyond appointment start time may not able to be accommodated and will be charged the full amount of the service booked. Plan your travel accordingly.

CREDIT CARDS
A valid credit or debit card is needed to reserve your appointment. Your card is not charged nor will a hold be placed on your card during the booking process. A charge will only be applied in the event of a no-show, late cancellation or late arrival.

This policy is in place as a courtesy to our staff, as well as the clients booked after you. Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Arriving late will not only affect our ability to achieve the results you desire in the small amount of time remaining, it will also affect every client booked after you.
